Processing Time

Orders are processed within 8–13 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders within South Africa using Aramex Store to Door.

Shipping Costs

Shiping cost are fixed at R110

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been collected by Aramex, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Lyra Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because delivery could not be completed, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at wianecom26@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date by emailing wianecom26@gmail.com.

Where appropriate, we will work with Aramex to investigate the matter and arrange a suitable resolution.
